Luke Covais is the co-owner and President of CM Construction. He loves his job because he enjoys helping people. He was born and raised in Loveland, Co. As a young boy, he helped a friend and his dad build fences on the weekends. At 19 years old, he was hired as an apprentice project manager tasked with building semi-custom and custom homes for a local company. Now, with over 20 years of experience, he enjoys building relationships and turning people’s dreams into reality! He and his wife have 4 children, and live in Windsor, CO. They enjoy traveling and attending all of their children’s extracurricular activities. They also like playing frisbee golf and hiking during their free time.
Sarah McLaughlin is the co-owner of CM Construction. She served in the Air Force as an Airborne Russian Linguist during Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedoms and has worked primarily in IT project management and business intelligence since then. She has a B.S. in Business from Penn State University, and an M.BA. and Master’s Certificate in Business Intelligence from Colorado State University. She is committed to helping CM Construction grow and continue to provide quality and affordable residential construction services to Northern Colorado. She loves spending time with her family and exploring all that Colorado has to offer!
